Shipping policy
How long will it take to receive my order?
Bees & Qs is a small, independent shop run by two people. We do try and make an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible so please be patient with us!
An email is automatically sent out when your order has been shipped out and that will contain your tracking information.
Here's a rough estimation of when your order should arrive:
• Domestic/US: 1-2 weeks to arrive
• International: 4-5 weeks to arrive [DUE TO COVID please calculate at least 6 weeks for receive the parcel.]
Please bear in mind that our orders take roughly a week to ship out.
That said, PRE-ORDER items can take longer so please be wary of this when placing an order.
Which company do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped with USPS and come with tracking.
Orders can be tracked through the USPS website.
How shipping rates are calculated?
Shipping costs are affected by the overall weight of your order and are based on USPS' current rates. Because of this we are unable to adjust the cost of shipping so these prices may run a bit high, especially for International orders.
Where is my confirmation email?
If you did not add an email upon check out, you will not receive order information or tracking information to your email. We ask that you please include an email and double-check the spelling of it.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to US & Canada, but will be expanding asap!
How can I track my package?
You can track your package through USPS on their website with the tracking number you were provided.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.)
Why is my package marked as "Pre-Transit" still?
Sometimes labels are printed a day or two before post office drop off. USPS may also take more time to scan packages and update tracking. I'd advise to wait on this for a bit (especially during a busy season.)
What if my order is lost/delayed/damaged?
If you haven't received your order or if it has come in damaged in any way, please email me at support@starsalts.com and we'll see what we can do to fix the issue!
