Refund policy

Do you accept returns?

Yes -We accept returns up to 10 days after your package is marked delivered as long as item is completely unused. Please email us at beesandqsart@gmail.com to start the return. You are responsible for shipping costs for mailing the order back and any shipping paid with the order is non refundable. You will be refunded once we receive the order.

What if I put in the incorrect address?

If your order has NOT been shipped out, you can send us an email and we will adjust the address on your order.
If you order HAS been shipped out, unfortunately there's very little we can do at this point and will have to wait and see if it can be returned to us.
